Hello CONSUL community, the new v0.17 release is here! 
Thank you all for your contributions and support to this project. In this release we have some exciting new features such as:
Multi language
Added multi language support for many admin sections including polls, banners, notifications, homepage, custom pages and collaborative legislation
Translations
Added all translations from Crowdin including new languages such as Arabic, Deutch, Persian, Galician, Hebrew, Italian, Dutch, Polski, Albanian, Swedish, Valencian and Chinese
Newsletters
Add a counter to see how many emails have been sent and increase the maximum run time to send newsletters
Maintenance
Added integration of Rubocop for PR reviews using Hound. Fixed some flaky specs. Bumped many gem versions. And some small refactorings and typo fixes
UX
Polishing some aspects from datepickers, headings, images, fonts, and icons. Included a setting to display or not the FAQ page. And a fix to correctly highlight the currently selected menu item
Budgets
Allow manually selecting the winners from the admin section
Legislation Proposals
These are proposals for specific legislation process. Some improvements to this section have been added such as categories, admin permissions to upload new proposals, images, ordering and pagination

Add placeholder configuration for SMTP

Fixed a bug when sharing through facebook
CKEditor
Admins can now create custom pages using images through CKEditor
