Hello, CONSUL community! Release 0.18 is here! 
We’d like to thank everyone who’s contributed to CONSUL. This release wouldn’t be possible without your help

Some of this release new features are:
Budget executions
There’s a new page showing the investments which have been declared as winners:

Including the gelocated projects in the current heading:
New interface to manage budget headings and groups
We’ve added new options to configure budget headings (thank you @milber and @MatheusMiranda), resulting in a new interface to manage budget headings and groups:
Homepage for legislation processes
The homepage content can be edited using CKEditor like any other WYSIWYG content:
Milestones for proposals and legislations processes
These milestones can be edited in the admin section in the same way milestones for budget investments can be edited:
And many more small changes like bug fixes, UI improvements and refactorings.

This will be our last release in 2018. Thank you all for supporting us and contributing to CONSUL throughout this year! With your help, we aim to improve CONSUL in 2019 at least as much as it has improved this year
