Only verify users with local census

Hi,

For our project we cannot connect to a remote census. I manage to verify against local census file with document number, etc

But I want to skip the sms verification part and the confirmation letter (I cannot find the generated code because there is no confirmation letter made)

  • Is it possible to skip the confirmation letter, or where can I find the generated confirmation codes and put this into email / letter? (where is the random code generated?)
