there are two great “dossiers” that would help people to explain what Consul is and how it can help.
But: They’re only available in Spanish and English. I would like to provide a German translation and maybe others would like to translate them into other languages.
Is there anybody around here who could officially state on this? And maybe provide the original documents, so that we just need to replace the texts?
